New track

I want to build a track in the south subs of chicago i have a site in mind but i am new to this i need to know how would i find the specs and all i need to go into this sport i will have a indoor and outdoor track .some one please tell me how do i get started .i also will have a hobby shop that sells cars and parts any investers want to go in with me that knows the business we can talk :) :) :)

Where at in the south suburbs? I live in Northwest Indiana and there is nowhere around here to race or practice, except a HobbyTown parking lot. There is a need for a nice track in our area. Leisure Hours is building one in the Joliet area, but it is just too far for me to ride and the traffic would kill me and my 4 year old.

I have been r/c for roughly 15 years. I have seen some great tracks come and go. Email me if you have any questions, I think I could give you some sort of advice. I would like to open one myself, just don't have the funds.
