Hi... I'm just coming back from a 6 year absence in R/C cars, and I was wondering where people race these days in the SoCal 909-626 and surrounding areas. I tried searching and nothing seemed to come up on this forum.
Thanks =)

There's the Socal RC Raceway down in Huntington Beach
Here's their website
Socal Raceway (http://www.socalrc.com/)
Also, if you're more out west, closer to Valencia than Huntington Beach, there's Hot Rod Hobbies (http://www.hotrodhobbies.com/)

Ahh... SoCal is still up... but is that it? I remember back when I was active that there were a lot more places to race... Hobby Shack had their yearly series, Ultimate Hobbies had parking lot races, etc. is SoCal the only popular one left?

SO CAL and Orange County is the Headquarters to most of the major Manufacturers, HPI, OFNA, Integy, Hot Bodies. But there are hardly any tracks especially Off road. Orange County has goose egg. Montclair has one so does Hemet but those are hour drives each way. OC needs to step up and find a track. Comptons crystal park is close but they are mostly on road, no maintenance to thier off road track.
My 2 cents
