Antioch is pretty famous, they have a new owner and track i think. I have never been there.

it looks as though there may be three in north cali. but not exactly sure where cali. city is. but deta r/c and ripon r/c are up north. you can find them in the links page on teamlosi.com. they have their addresses and phone numbers there. but ripon is only onroad however maybe to aviod a long comute during week and still get to race may have to look into on road, also ripon looks to be all gas and 1/8 scale the track pics dont look to work for electric unless you running brushless or and 8 turn or lower motor.
