All the best designs (IMO) have pinstripe separating the designs from the colors adjacent to each other. What is your favorite method for getting perfect outlines/stripes/window frames?

Thanks!

As I use liquid mask, I cut the first side of it that will be peeled (darkest area), then paint that area. When I'm ready to paint the other color block, then I cut the pinstripe using an exacto and trying to keep within 1/16" to 3/32" of the other side of the pinstripe.

It's not exactly my favorite, because it's not exactly fun. But it's the easiest and most successful method I've used.

Check the other threads about painting.....it's a liquid masking product that you apply inside the body. You can then cut in your designs with an Xacto knife and peel off areas to be painted. Think of it as liquid rubber. It dries flexible, and peels off with a tip of the knife or finger.

Very handy stuff!
