Setting this feature has usually required a laptop and a separate "PC link"-type physical plug adaptor to connect your ESC to the computer—until now. Castle Creations company is no newbie to brushless ESCs, and its latest 1/10 Mamba Max Pro ESC includes this timing feature. To augment this, Castle has developed a simple, PC-free handheld unit called the Quick Field Programmer, which can make ESC adjustments trackside without the need for a separate computer.
